Sentimental Sundays - Snow Wonderful

The Sentimental Sundays challenge for this week is "anything goes". I decided to keep plugging away at making Christmas cards and used this snowman image from Prairie Fairy Designs.

I feel like my mojo has left me again. I was all set to send the day (Saturday) crafting and expected to finish several projects but I only finished 2 cards. I battled with my printer - for some reason today it has decided it likes to eat my paper and then get jammed up. I battle with my PC - I am unable to search my files to find what I want unless I remember the file name. After much research and lots of phone calls to people more tech savy then me, I found out it is a "known issue" with Windows 7 but unfortunately none of the available patches have helped me. I feel like I spent the day battling tech problems and it sucked my creativity dry. I hope to get these issues taken care of and feel more creative soon.

I hope your mojo hasn't left you. As I mentioned earlier, the Sentimental Sundays challenge is "anything goes". As long at you have a new project with a sentiment you can participate in the challenge. (All the details are on the challenge blog.) I hope that you will join us for your chance to win some fabulous digital sentiment sets from Raindrop Echo Designs.

Thank you for stopping by!

Gorgeous card Cheryl, I love these colours together and the little snowman is so sweet! I hate it when we have crafting time available and either things don't go right or we have no inspiration...I think your mojo is a little closer than you realise though...this card is beautiful! :) Donna x

Arg--don't you hate computer issues? I've been having virus issues myself--no fun!

Your card, however, seems full of mojo! I love your fun take on Christmas colors. And your image is soooooo cute! I love the paper pieced hat with pompom and the added sparkle. Fabulous card!

I love your card despite your PC issues- I have Windows 7 too- I love it and hate it....... It took 1500 digi files on my F drive and put them in by numner and the names disappeared- now I have about 1/2 of them- I have no idea where they are from......
TFS! I love your coloring and love the image you used!

The card is snow cute! and the colors are cool!
I must say that I do spend a lot of time making sure that my files are where I can find them in W7. And I 'group' everything that I can to reduce the actual number of files to make searching easier. But then I am sure that I don't have near as many to 'file' as you do!!!!

Hello, Brandy J. here from Paper Crafts. I just wanted to thank you SO MUCH for the comment you left on the PC blog. My house is a mess and the laundry is in a heap on the floor, but my little boy has a full belly and just went to bed. I'll continue taking your advice because it is really working out so far!

Super cute card, by the way!
